摘要
分析了番茄籽皮分离机在研制过程中出现问题的原因,并结合装置工作的实际情况,对比光电式、霍尔式和磁阻式转速传感器的特点,得出磁阻式转速传感器优于其他检测元件的结论;结合番茄籽皮分离机转速监控系统的功能,设计了以AT89C52单片机为控制核心的转速显示仪表。实验证明,该系统能可靠检测并显示滚筒轴及刮板组件的实时转速,有效地避免了因转速下降导致装置堵塞的情况发生,为番茄籽皮分离机可靠、稳定地工作提供了良好的保证。
The paper analyzes the problems during the development of the Tomato seed-and-pericarp Separator ,To achieve the monitoring demand in realistic circumstance,The speed revolution sensors were contrasted such as photoelectric type,Hall type and magnetic resistance type. the magnetic resistance type is more advantageous than others and it can meet the expected demand . Design an intelligent manometer ,using AT89C51 as the controller. It was proved by the examination that it can meet the monitoring system demand and made the Tomato seed-and-pericarp Separator work efficiencily.
