摘要
目的:研究ZrO2、Ti6Al4V对牙龈成纤维细胞的毒性影响,为临床优选材料提供理论依据。方法:分别制作ZrO2、Ti6Al4V试件各10片,并制作浸提液。常规培养细胞并确定细胞接种密度(6×103个/mL),倒置相差显微镜下观察细胞形态,应用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率(AP%)。结果:ZrO2、Ti6Al4V的AP%值经统计学分析无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:ZrO2对细胞增殖的抑制作用极弱,表现出极佳的生物相容性。
Objective:Study on ZrO2,Ti6Al4V on the gingival fibroblast toxicity of the impact of preferred materials for clinical theory.Method:Produced ZrO2,Ti6Al4V specimen of the 10,and the production of extracts.Conventional cell culture and to determine the density of cells(6×103 cells/mL).Under the inverted phase contrast microscope to observe cell morphology,flow cytometry to detect cell apoptosis rate(AP %).Result:ZrO2,Ti6Al4V value of AP % by statistical analysis,(P 0.05)no significant difference.Conclusion:ZrO2 on cell proliferation inhibition is weak,showing a good biocompatibility.
