摘要
针对当前数字化制造车间物料配送问题,提出了一种基于射频识别技术的数字化制造车间物料实时优化配送新方法.对数字化制造车间资源进行精确布局,在采用RFID技术对物料配送小车进行实时位置跟踪的基础上,建立数字化制造车间物料配送路径优化模型并采用分支定界算法对模型进行解算,实现配送小车的物料配送路径优化与实时导航;开发了基于RFID的数字化制造车间物料配送系统,验证结果表明:所提出的方法能够有效解决数字化制造车间的物料配送路径优化与实时导航问题,为实现数字化制造车间的准时生产(JIT)奠定了基础.
A new real-time material delivery method is proposed for digital manufacturing workshop based on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology. Firstly, the manufacturing resources in digital manufacturing workshop were laid out accurately. Then, based on locating and tracking the positions of forklifts in real time by using RFID technology, taking the shortest travel distance of forklifts as the objective, a mathematical model for real-time material delivery in digital manufacturing workshop was established. To solve the mathematical model effectively, the branch and bound algorithm was designed. Finally, a prototype system of RFID-based real-time material delivery in digital manufacturing workshop was developed. The numerical case study has been carried out and the results demonstrate that the proposed method is suitable for forklift route optimization and navigation, which will lay a foundation for implementing Just-In-Time manufacturing in digital workshop.
