摘要
采用氟罗里硅土/活性炭混合柱柱层析净化方法,以毛细管柱、电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)及火焰光度检测器(GC—FPD)的气相色谱方法测定了茶叶中滴滴涕、三氯杀螨醇、联苯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、澳氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯;敌敌畏、乙酰甲胺磷、甲胺磷、乐果、杀螟硫磷、喹硫磷等多种农药残留。添加回收率在75.5%一115.3%之间,相对标准偏差为1.2%一5.8%,检出限为0.01—0.1mg/kg,方法具有净化效果好、适用、快速等特点,可满足茶叶中多种农药残留检测的需要。
A method for determination of several pesticide residues ( DDT, Dicofol, Cypermethin, Bifenthrin, Eltamethrin, Fenvalerate ; DDVP ;Acephate, Methamidophos, Dimethoate, Fcnitrothion, Quinalphos)in tea was developed by GC-ECD and GC-FPD with a purified method using a column packed with active carbon and Florisil. The recoveries ranged from 75.5 % - 115.3 % ,with an average RSD of 1.2 % - 5.8 %. The detection limits of this method were between 0.01 -0.1 mg/kg. This method was rapid,high-decontaminating and suitable,lt could fulfill the requirements for the analysis of pesticide multi-residues in tea.
