摘要
由稻瘟病菌引起的稻瘟病是一种真菌性病害,又名稻热病,是水稻最主要的病害之一,它是水稻生产的主要限制因子之一,对世界水稻生产和粮食安全带来了极大的影响。克隆和利用稻瘟病基因被认为是最为经济、有效和环保的策略。该文主要就近年来水稻抗稻瘟病基因定位与克隆以及抗瘟基因的分子结构特点等方面取得的研究进展进行了综述,同时对抗瘟基因在水稻抗病育种中的应用提出了展望。
Rice blast, caused by the fungal pathogenMagnaporthe oryzae , is one of the most devastating diseases in rice production, which is responsible for tremendous food loss and environmental destruction around the earth. Cloning and utilization of rice blast resistance genes is considered as the most effective and economical strategy to solve this problem. Recent advances on mapping, cloning and molecular structure of rice blast resistance genes were summarized, and application perspectives of these resistance genes in rice breeding was discussed in this review.
