Water Pollutants Total Control and Allocation Plan of Brahmaputra River and Its Four Branches in Tibet Autonomous Region

为了进一步推进西藏自治区"一江四河"流域的污染防治工作,实现国家西部大开发战略,协调好地区经济发展、城市(镇)建设、产业结构调整等与流域水环境质量保护的关系,提出了"一江四河"水污染物总量控制及分配方案,为"一江四河"流域的水环境质量保护提供基础依据。
