摘要
目的了解护理专业在校学生学习动力水平现状,探讨影响其学习动力水平的相关因素,为护理教育者制定相应干预措施,提高护理专业学生学习动力水平提供依据。方法采取整群抽样的方法,选取哈尔滨地区4所护理院校1144名在校学生,使用护理专业学生学习动力评定量表进行问卷调查。结果哈尔滨地区护理专业学生学习动力得分57~159(120.04±17.83)分;不同年龄、学校、学历、性别和年级护理专业学生之间学习动力水平比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);学历、性别和年级因素对护理专业学生学习动力水平影响较大(均P<0.01)。结论护理专业学生学习动力水平有进一步提升的空间,护理教育者应根据护理专业学生学习动力特点,制定针对性干预措施,增强其学习动力水平,进一步提高护理教育质量。
Objective To understand the level of learning dynamic of nursing students,to find relevant factors of learning dynamic,and to provide information for nursing educators and managers.Methods Totally,1 144 nursing students from four nursing schools in Harbin were included into the study by cluster sampling method and by using the Rating Scale of Learning Dynamic for Nursing Students.Results Learning dynamic of Harbin students scored from 57 to 159 points,averaging 120.04±17.83 points.Learning dynamic of nursing students with different ages,schools,educational levels,genders and grades had significant differences(P〈0.01 for all).The factors of educational levels,genders and grades of nursing students had greater impact on learning dynamic.Conclusion The level of learning dynamic of nursing students remains to be further enhanced,and nursing educators should study the characteristics of learning dynamic,master the nature of learning and improve the quality of nursing education.
