摘要
采用超声波提取茉莉花渣黄酮,通过D101大孔吸附树脂进行纯化,得到茉莉花渣黄酮,并以芦丁及链霉素为对照,对茉莉花渣黄酮进行体外抗菌试验研究。结果表明茉莉花渣黄酮对普通变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌有一定的抗菌作用。此外采用MTS法,研究了茉莉花渣黄酮对Sk-Hep-1(肝癌细胞株)、H-292(肺癌细胞株)、PC-3(前列腺癌细胞株)及Hey-1B(卵巢癌细胞株)体外抗肿瘤活性试验,结果表明茉莉花渣黄酮对肺癌H-292细胞株在体外具有一定的生长抑制作用,其IC50在260μg.mL-1左右。
The flavonoid was extracted from Jasmine sambac slag by ultrasonic method,then was purified used D101 macroporous resin.Applied the rutin and streptomycin as contrast,the antibacterial activity of flavonoids was investigated and the results showed that the flavonoids of Jasmine sambac slag presented a certain effects on Proteus vulgaris,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis.In addition,the cytotoxicity of the flavonoids in vitro against sk-Hep1,H-292,PC-3 and Hey-1B cells were also investigated.The result indicated that the flavonoids of Jasmine sambac slag displayed some cytotoxicity against H-292(IC50: 260μg/mL).
