摘要
目的:用不同剂量的He-Ne激光照射萌发的白菜(Brassica pekinensis)种子,从而探讨激光照射后产生的各种生物学效应。方法:以不同时间的激光(0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0min)照射已萌发的白菜种子后,测定种子的发芽势和发芽率、幼苗的生长量。待幼苗生长20d时测定细胞内可溶性糖、叶绿素、蛋白质和核酸的含量。结果:随着照射时间延长,种子的发芽势、发芽率逐渐下降;当照射时间在2.0min内,可明显促进幼苗的生长;幼苗细胞中多种内含物(叶绿素、可溶性糖和蛋白质)的含量都显著增长。但是,当激光照射超过2.0min后,白菜幼苗的多种生理生化特征均有所下降。
Objective: This paper have proved manifold biologic effects irradiated germinating Chinese cabbage (Brassica pekinensis) seed with dose He-Ne laser. Method: After the germinating Chinese cabbage seed are irradiated by different dose laser (0, 0.5,1. 0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0min) we have measure their vigor and percentage of germination and the growth capacity of the seedling. When the seedling grow to 20days the contents of soluble sugar and chlorophyll and protein and nucleic acid are determined. Result: Along with the time of irradiation delaying the vigor and percentage of seed germination gradually descend. As the time of irradiation are within 2.0min it can distinctly accelerate growth of the seedling and the content of manifold inclusion (chlorophyll and soluble sugar and protein) in seedling cell notably increase. But the time of laser irradiation exceed 2.0min many physiologic and biochemical characters of Chinese cabbage seedling have decline.
