摘要
国资委成立6年多以来,我国国有企业虽然获得了较快发展并取得了瞩目的成就,但国有企业市场竞争力不强、依赖政府、官僚作风、决策个人化等治理机制不完善问题依旧存在。新加坡淡马锡控股作为国际上成功的国有企业代表,有很多经验值得我们学习和借鉴。本文分三方面总结了淡马锡的董事会治理模式,并分析了这些经验对我国国有独资公司改革的启示。
It was six years since the SASAC has established. China's state-owned enterprises have gained rapid development and scored remarkable achievements, but the state-owned enterprises still have some old problems ,such as less competitive, depending on the government’s assistance, undemocratic decision-mak-ing, officialism,etc. As an international representative of the successful state-owned enterprises, Singapore's Temasek Holdings has lots of experiences we should learn from. This article has tried to summarize Temasek's board governance model in three aspects, and analysis those experiences for inspiring the reform of state-owned enterprises.
