摘要
针对货车装载不平衡问题,在tpms硬件基础上开发货车装载平衡监测系统。在tpms处理器中增加车辆装载平衡判断模块,根据装载前后各轮胎压力温度传感器信号变化计算相应车轮载荷比重,以判断各车轮分担载荷是否平衡。本文提出了载荷平衡判断的解决方法,并对系统匹配与标定方法进行了研究,结果表明该系统方法可行,具有准确判断货物装载平衡的能力。
For monitoring lorry loading imbalance,a lorry loading balance detection system based on TPMS(tire pressure monitoring system)is developed.A detector module for loading balance is added in the TPMS processor,which can calculate the corresponding wheel load according to the change of tire pressure signals before and after loading,so that the balance of each wheel’s load sharing can be determined.The algorithm of determining load balance is proposed in this paper with methods of matching and calibration of the system.The results show that the detection system is practicable and can determine lorry loading balance exactly.
