摘要
高校管理人员对高校发展肩负着重大的责任,其既要承担培育人才的社会要求,又要实施对学生及教职工的管理服务职能,而如何对其实施科学合理的绩效考核就成了高校发展中急待解决的一个问题。笔者认为通过引进平衡计分卡就可以有效地将绩效考核同高校的战略发展目标相结合,从而使高校发展的各方面内含于高校的战略发展。
Administrators of colleges and universities have a great weight of responsibility for the development of colleges,which involves both the demands of talents from the society and the management service to students and faculty.So how to implement a scientific performance appraisal for these administration staff becomes an urgent problem for the development of colleges.This paper holds that the practice of Balanced Scorecard is an effective way to combine the performance appraisal of administration staff with the college′s developmental strategy,so that we can put everything in line with the developmental strategy plan in college.
