中小城市地下人行过街通道系统规划设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着经济水平的不断提高,中小城市私家车的拥有量飞速增长,给中小城市带来了一系列的交通问题。地下过街通道是人车分流、保障交通安全,提高道路通行的有效措施。文章以浙江省丽水市地下过街通道规划为例,以城市总体规划和城市交通规划为主要依据,结合专家评判和民众调查数据,建立相关系数法评判模型,得出地下过街通道需求预测,为丽水市地下过街通道规划提供了依据,进而为中小城市地下过街通道的规划设计提供了一种可供参考的方案。 With the continuous improvement of the economy level, the family car ownership is rapidly growing in small and mid-sized cities, which brings about a series of traffic problems. Underpass is an effective measure to the separation of people and vehicles, ensuring traffic safety and increasing road traffic. The underpass planning of the Lishui city was studied as a ease of the underpass demand forecasfing. Based on urban transport planning, expert evaluation and public survey data, this paper deduces the underpass demand forecasting by correlation coefficient method, which provides a basis for Lishui city underpass planning. Furthermore , the method of this paper can be refered for underpass planning in small and mid-sized cities.
