摘要
工程造价偏高是造成我国高房价的重要原因,本文指出在建筑全寿命周期内影响工程造价的若干因素,分析其原因,得出我国建筑业的建造模式是制约和影响工程造价的主要原因,通过结合我国建筑企业在国际市场上的竞争力,指出改变传统建筑业的建造模式,将建筑物的工程造价控制在合理的范围内。
The higher project cost is the important reason for China' s high housing price. This article points out a number of factors which have great impact on project cost in construction life cycle, and then analyses the reasons, and the conclusion that China' s construction model is the main cause for restricting and influencing the project cost is abstained. By combining China' s construction enterprises competitiveness in international market, the construction model that changes the traditional construction industry is pointed out, and the building' s project cost is controlled in a reasonable, range.
