摘要
目的:比较生理盐水、甘油两种载体对氢氧化钙根管封药疗效的影响。方法:选择慢性根尖周炎患牙共67颗,随机分成生理盐水组、甘油组观察根管封药即刻X线片和7d后的临床疗效。结果:氢氧化钙甘油组明显优于生理盐水组(P<0.05)。结论:甘油作为氢氧化钙根管封药的载体优于水溶剂。
Objective ：To compare the normal saline, glycerol carrier on the calcium hydroxide root canal efficacy of drugs. Methods： A total of chronic periapical teeth 67,with the Machine into normal saline, glycerol group observed root canal drug immediately after X -ray films and clinical efficacy of 7d. Results：The cal- cium hydroxide glycerol group than the saline group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：glycerol as calcium hydroxide root canal better than the drug carrier solvent.
