持续封闭式负压引流联合应用金因肽治疗压疮的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察持续封闭式负压引流(VAC)联合应用金因肽治疗压疮的临床效果。方法将30例压疮患者随机分为两组,实验组16例,采用持续封闭式负压引流联合应用金因肽治疗;对照组14例,采用持续封闭式负压引流治疗。比较两组创面愈合时间有无差异。结果创面愈合时间的差异有统计学意义(p<0.01),实验组创面愈合速度较对照组快。结论持续封闭式负压引流联合应用金因肽治疗III~IV度压疮创面效果优于封闭式负压引流,可促进创面愈合,使用方便,同时减少病人痛苦、减轻医务人员工作量、减少患者经济负担,值得推广。 Objective To observe the curative effect of vacuum assisted closure drainage combined with genetime on curing pressure ulcer. Methods 30 patients were divided into two groups randomly: the control group with 12 patients and curing with vacuum assisted closure (VAC), and the experiment group with 16 patients and curing by the control group adding genetime, to compare the difference between the two groups at the rehabilitation time. Results There were statistical significance on the difference between the two groups at the rehabilitation time (p 〈0.01); The healing time in the experiment group was shorter than that in the control group. Conclusion Vacuum assisted closure drainage combined with genetime is more effective in treating pressure ulcer degre lII and degree IV than vacuum assisted closure drainage, which can improve wound healing, use conveniently, reduce the suffering of patients, reduce the workload of medical staff, reduce the financial burden of patients, and deserve clinical application.
