摘要
高校中开展正确的职业指导工作,对于学生树立起良好的择业观,提升其就业质量具有十分重要的意义。本文从职业指导的起源和发展入手,分析了国内外高校职业指导工作的现状,并针对当前高校在服务观念、实施机制等方面存在的不足提出了加大重视程度、转变指导思想、完善各层次职业指导机制、提升专业化水平等相应的解决对策,对新时期下开展高校职业指导工作进行了新的思考和探索。
Correct vocational guidance in universities is of great significance for students to set up a good career concept and enhance the quality of employment.The present work,based on presentation of the development of vocational guidance,is trying to analyze the status and issues of vocational guidance in domestic and international range.It proposes some measures to overcome the shortcomings in the service concept and implementation mechanisms in universities,such as enhancing awareness,changing the guiding ideology,and improving the specialization of the work,in the hope of pushing forward employment guide in universities in the new times.
