奥克喷局部喷雾预防放射性外阴皮肤损伤的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Aokepen to Prevent Radiative Vulva Skin Injury

目的探讨奥克喷局部喷雾预防妇科恶性肿瘤患者放射性外阴皮肤损伤的效果。方法选择72例接受放疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者按住院号单双号分组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上于放疗前后予照射野皮肤局部奥克喷喷雾,比较两组患者局部皮肤损伤情况。结果两组放射性外阴皮肤损伤情况比较,经卡方检验,χ2=4.02,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,观察组的皮肤损伤发生率明显低于对照组。结论奥克喷局部喷雾能降低妇科恶性肿瘤患者放疗后皮肤损伤的发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of Aokepen to prevent radioactive vulva skin injury of patients with malignant tumor in gynecology.Methods 72 patients with malignant tumor were classified into two groups based on their hospitalization numbers.Control group was accepted nursing by common methods while for observation group,Aokepen was applied before and after taking radiation.Skin injury of two groups was compared.Results Difference of skin injury from two groups was of statistical significance with Chi-square test（χ^2=4.02,P0.05）.The frequency of skin injury in observation group was obviously lower than that of control group.Conclusion The frequency of skin injury after radiation is lower with Aokepen.
