摘要
结合第三方物流企业仓储中遇到的高峰作业时进出库的严重排队等待、配送不及时问题,提出客户重要度调度准则和优先度的概念。通过建立基于时间和优先度的进出库调度模型和计算方法,对来自不同客户的重要度不同和时间系列不同的多个进出库任务进行优化排序,以提高进出库作业效率和最大化客户服务满意度。
In light of the issues incurred by third-party logistics businesses when trying to gain access to the warehouse during peak hours, like an excessively long time spent waiting in line, a failure to distribute goods in time, and others, the criterion of dispatch by customer importance and the concept of priority are put forward in this essay. Through the establish: ment of a warehouse access dispatch model based on time and priority and related calculation method, multiple warehouse access tasks are arranged in order based on the level of importance of the customer from which the task at issue originates as well as the time period in which it takes place, in order that enhanced efficiency can be achieved in handling warehouse ac- cess operations and that the degree of customer satisfaction can be maximized.
