摘要
利用硬脂酸对重晶石进行有机活化改性,通过直接共混法制备重晶石/天然橡胶(NR)复合材料。研究复合材料的拉伸性能、硬度、耐磨性能变化规律。结果表明:重晶石对NR有明显的补强作用。当活化重晶石含量为30%时,能获得拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及耐磨性能优异的复合材料。
Rubber/barite composite materials were prepared by direct blending methods after barite was modif ied by stearic acid.Tensile property,hardness and wear resistance property of composite materials were studied by various methods.The results showed that the modifi ed barite fi llers had great effect on the reinforcement of the composites.The excellent tensile strength,elongation at break and wear resistance of composite material were obtained when fi lled content of modifi ed barite was 30 percent.
