L-NAME在大鼠小肠移植急性排斥反应中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 近年来NOS在移植免疫中的作用受到重视。L—NAME是非特异性NOS抑制剂,广泛应用于NOS的动物实验研究,但L-NAME能否通过抑制NOS影响小肠移植急性排斥反应(AR)目前尚不清楚。我们采用大鼠原位小肠移植模型,探讨L—NAME在大鼠小肠移植AR中的作用。
