摘要
目前国内中厚板轧机主传速度基本上由操作员的经验控制。实践证明,人工控制轧机轧辊转速存在很多弊端。针对该现状,在详细分析中厚板轧制过程特点的基础上开发出一个新型的中厚板轧机主传速度设定模型。此模型判断如何选取轧机速度曲线图,首次提出根据轧制变形区各参数计算不同压下量下的最大轧制速度以及咬入速度。将此模型实际应用于国内中板厂的轧机速度设定计算中,使得轧制节奏变快,生产稳定性和安全性增强,具有较强的实用价值。
The rolling speed for plate mill is generally controlled by operator's experience.It is proved that this means has many disadvantages.Based on the characteristics of rolling process,a new model for calculation of rolling speed is given.This model firstly judges how to choose a right curve of rolling speed,then calculates the max rolling speed and entering speed according to the parameters in deformation zone.The model was applied to a 3500mm plate mill,then the mill pacing is accelerated,the stability and security are improved.So it has utility value.
