摘要
本文通过化学分析和X射线结构分析相配合来研究TlPbI_8晶体中作化学计量比的组成对晶格常数、缺陷的影响。实验表明:此晶体有一个较宽的组成范围,在此组成范围内,晶体的非化学计量比组成可以导致间隙金属原子和金属离子空位二种缺陷;而且晶格常数依赖于组成元素;铊组分和晶格常数c近似成线性关系;铅和b、碘和a也近似成线性关系;从而可以获得非化学计量比组成对晶体微观结构的影响以及化学计量比组成的晶格常数。
The effect of non-stoichiometry constituents of TlPbI_3 on thelattice parameters and defects in TlPbI_3 crystals were studied by X-raycrystal structure analysis coupled with chemical analysis. It is found that thenonstoichiometric constituents can result in defects either of interstitial metalatoms or of vacancy metal ions in a wide constituents range, and that the lat-tice parameters a, b and c are linearly dependent on the contents of I, Pband Tl, respectively. Hence, the lattice parameters of the TlPbI_3 crystalscould be abtained on the basis of these linear relations.
