摘要
目的建立大桑菊饮合剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中桑叶、薄荷、连翘和浙贝母药材进行了色谱鉴别;采用高效液相法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量。结果薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰,黄芩苷的含量测定平均回收率为97.71%,RSD(n=6)为0.69%,在104-1040ng范围内呈线性关系相关系数。结论研究的方法可有效地控制大桑菊饮合剂的质量。
Objective To establish the quality specification of Dasangjuyinheji mixture. Methods The TLC technology was used to identify Folium mori, Herba menthae, Fructus forsythiae and Bulbus fritillariae thunbergii. The contet of Baicalin Ⅰ in Dasangjuyinheji mixture was determined by HPLC. Results TLC spots obtained were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 104-1040ng for Baicalin Ⅰ. The average recovery (n=6) was 97.71% and RSD was 0.69%. Conclusion This standard is effective for the quality control of Dasangjuyinheji mixture.
