摘要
目的:改善目前手术室的管理现状,对手术室进行全程管理。方法:设计、开发了手术过程动态监控系统,按照病种、角色进行手术过程登记,并可实时、动态汇总各手术室手术进展情况和手术室的利用率。结果:该系统已在手术室试运行,达到了加强部门间合作、规范手术过程、合理安排手术、提高手术室管理水平的目的。结论:该系统对手术过程实施了科学管理,规范了医护人员的医疗行为,有效地提高了手术室的利用率。
Objective To improve the status quo of management, and implement a complete management in the operating room. Methods The dynamic monitoring system of operation process is studied and developed. The operation process could be registered which was classified by diseases and roles. The operation schedule and the efficiency of overall operating room could be managed dynamically.Results The system has been used in the operating room, it achieved the goal of reinforcing the cooperation, standardizing the operation process, arranging the operation reasonablely and improving the management. Conclusion The system can implement management of operation process, standardize behaviors of medical personnels, improve the efficiency of the operating room.
