摘要
综述了γ-PGA的生产方法以及其应用领域。γ-聚谷氨酸是由微生物合成的可降解的生物高分子。由于其水溶性好、可吸附重金属、及对人体和环境无毒,在医药、环境保护、农业和食品等领域具有广泛的应用前景。
Poly（γ-glutamic acid）（γ-PGA） was an biopolymer material synthesized by microorganism and can be degradated in entironment.Because γ-PGA was water-soluble,heavy metals-adsorbable and non-toxic towards humans and the environment,it was widely used in medicine,environmental protection,and agriculture and food areas.The progresses in production methods and the applications of γ-PGA were summarized.
