摘要
基于我国汽车工业细分的5个亚产业——汽车整车生产产业,改装车产业,摩托车产业,发动机产业和汽车、摩托车配件产业,本文在借鉴了已有的产业间技术溢出效应模型的基础上,运用我国1985—2005共21年的统计数据估算出各个亚产业的技术进步率,再通过回归模型实证检验了这5个亚产业之间的技术溢出状况,从而得出汽车、摩托车配件产业和汽车整车生产产业为提升我国汽车工业技术水平的主导亚产业的结论。最后从技术溢出效应的角度,给出了一个提高我国汽车工业整体技术水平的启示,即通过优先提升主导亚产业技术创新能力进而带动汽车工业整体技术创新水平。
Based on the related data between 1985 2005 to China auton, obile industrys five sub-industries including automobile manufacturing industry, modified car industry, motorcycle industry, engine industry, automobile and motorcycle parts industry. This paper firstly obtains the values of the rate of technological progress of those five sub-industries and the numbers of the effect size of technology spillover among those five sub-industries after referencing existing inter-industry technology spillover effects model. Then,it can be concluded that automobile and motorcycle parts industry and automobile manufacturing industry are two leading sub-industries from this paper. At last, this paper gives some en- lightenment on upgrading overall technical level of China's automobile industry from the view of technology spillover effect. The enlightment is enhancing the technological innovation ability of two leading sub-industriesshouId be in first.
