摘要
采用生命周期评价(1ife cycle assessment,LCA)方法,对生物提铜、浮选—闪速炼铜生产过程进行了详细的清单分析,得到了铜生产过程中各工序的环境负荷数据。结果表明,生物提铜过程环境影响明显低于浮选—闪速炼铜的环境影响,生物提铜的能耗、水消耗、温室效应、酸化效应分别只有火法炼铜的38.35%、12.85%、37.50%和15.09%。
The life cycle assessment method was used to investigate the inventory analysis of two copper metallurgical processes:bit -heap leaching and traditional flotation -flash smelting. Environmental load data were obtained in each process of the copper production. The results indicate that environmental impact of copper production with bit - heap leaching is less than that of flash smelting process. The energy consumption, water consumption, greenhouse effect and acidification effect of bit - heap leaching is only 38.35%, 12.85% ,37.50% and 15.09% of those of flotation -flash smelting respectively.
