摘要
结合工作实践,阐述了如何加强建筑工程造价控制管理,从立项决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段和施工阶段等方面介绍了业主方在工程造价管理过程中的作用和应注意的问题,以期指导业主方不断提高造价管理工作的质量。
Combined with working practice,the question that how to strengthen building engineering cost control and management work is elaborated.From decision phase,design stage,bid invitation and submission phase,construction stage and other aspects the roles of owner acted in engineering cost management process and questions deserving attentions are introduced,in order to instruct owner to increase the quality of cost management work continuously.
