摘要
目的通过向含Fe2+、Mn2+水中投加ClO2和混凝剂,考察ClO2对水中Fe2+、Mn2+的去除及其影响因素.方法采用静态模拟试验,利用ClO2的强氧化性对水中Fe2+、Mn2+去除;试验过程中分别改变ClO2含量,混凝剂投加量、氧化时间及pH值,考察该工艺的最佳运行条件.结果 ClO2对Fe2+、Mn2+的去除十分有效,很容易将Fe2+、Mn2+离子氧化成不溶于水的Fe(OH)3和MnO2·ClO2投加量、原水pH值、预氧化时间和混凝剂投加量对Fe2+、Mn2+去除有很大的影响.结论当原水铁、锰离子质量浓度分别为5mg/L时,二氧化氯最佳投加量分别为5mg/L和10mg/L,ClO2最佳氧化时间为10min和40min,最佳混凝剂的投加量分别为1mg/L和2mg/L,最佳pH值为7~9,对铁、锰离子的去除率分别为94.0%和90.8%.当Fe2+、Mn2+同时存在的条件下,有利于锰离子的去除.
The removal of manganese and iron from portable water and its influential factors is investigated by chlorine dioxide and coagulant. The results show that the dose of oxidant,the time of pre-oxidation,the dose of coagulant,pH values and the initial concentration of manganese in the water have great influence in removal of manganese and iron. When the initial concentration of manganese and iron in the water is 5 mg / l respectively,the optimum dose of oxidant is correspondingly 5 mg /l and 10mg /l,the optimum time of preoxidation 10 min and 40min,the optimum dose of coagulant is 1mg /l and 2mg /l,the optimum pH values is 7 ~9. The removal rate is 94% and 90. 8% accordingly.
