目的探讨经皮股动脉微型植入式给药装置动脉留置长期给药的临床护理要点。方法总结25例恶性肿瘤患者采用经皮股动脉微型植入式给药装置长期给药的临床护理要点。结果本组均未发生留置导管堵塞,定期注药过程顺利,穿刺药盒定位准确,无误穿药盒外,给药装置无渗漏,植入药盒术后局部没有明显刺激压迫症状,药盒植入部位皮肤无产生排异反应,1例植入药盒部位切口延迟愈合,经处理后14天切口痊愈。结论微型植入式给药装置通过介入植入,操作更简单,安全,术后采取有效护理方法,减少了并发症的发生,保证了此给药途径长期通畅和安全.

Objective To evaluate the clinical care of micro drug delivery system for long-term retention in artery. Methods 25 patients with malignant tumors were treated with long-term administration of medicine with micro drug delivery system in artery. Results No catheter blockage occurred. Regular injection was done with accurate positioning,correct wearing pill,the drug delivery device without leakage. Implantation of PCS did not significantly stimulate the local compression symptoms without skin rejection. One case of delayed union incision site Implantable Drug Delivery,and treated for 14 days after the incision healed. Conclusion The micro-implantable drug delivery device can be implanted through the intervention,and the operation is simple,safe and effective. Effective care after surgery can reduce the incidence of complications and ensure long-term patency of this route of administration and security.
