摘要
运用弹塑性力学的方法建立了连续管在滚筒上受拉弯变形时截面弯矩和轴力的计算模型,并结合材料力学的分析方法建立了在不同缠绕松紧程度下张紧拉力、滚筒扭矩与连续管截面弯矩之间的关系模型,为连续管滚筒设计选取合适的马达扭矩和现场作业给定合适的马达压力提供了理论依据,同时也是进行连续管疲劳寿命分析的重要参数。
The method of elastic-plastic mechanics was used to build the computational mode of cross-section moments and axial force when coiled tubing on the drum has a deformation by tension and bend,then the relationship model between tension force,reel's torque and coiled tubing's cross-section moment under the different tightness combining with materials mechanics were established,which provides a theoretical basis to select a suitable motor's torque in process of designing the reel and to adjust the motor's pressure in the field operation,also the tensional force is an important parameters for analysis the coiled tubing's fatigue life.
