摘要
应用ANSYS软件对水轮机电液调速器的液压集成块进行结构静力学分析。并采用ANSYS的APDL参数化语言进行建模,计算出在许用应力197MPa条件下,液压集成块两孔道间距的理论最小值为0.64735mm,为集成块孔道间距设计提供参考。
Structural statics analysises on hydraulic integrated block of turbine governor were made using FEM (finite element method) software ANSYS. Modeling was realized using APDL to calculate the theoretic minimum value between two channels and the result was 0. 647 35 mm under allowable stress 197 MPa. It provides reference for the design of channels distance of hydraulic integrated blocks.
