涡流探伤仪在不锈钢拉丝过程中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 近年来随着不锈钢丝拉丝技术的发展,自动化程度越来越高,同时人们对不锈钢丝的质量要求也越来越高,传统的人工检查越来越不能满足现代生产的需要,而涡流探伤仪的强大在线检测功能也恰好弥补了拉丝行业的这一不足。本文则是根据其近年对涡流探伤仪在拉丝行业的应用经验,从涡流探伤仪的设定、运用、应用环境及保养几方面进行了全面的阐述。 In recent years,with stainless steel wire drawing technology,more and more automation,while people on the stainless steel wire of the quality requirements have become more sophisticated ,the traditional manual inspection can not meet the needs of modern production,while the eddy flaw detection is also a strong line up drawing just enough of this industry. This article is based on its recent years of eddy current flaw detector on the application of industry experience in drawing from the eddy current flaw detector settings ,use, application environment and maintenance aspects were described in detail.
