摘要
针对卷烟厂烟梗处理线,以S7-400PLC为核心,使用MP370触摸屏,通过AS511协议与PLC通讯,采用protool软件平台,设计了基于PLC的监控系统。能实现集中监测电动机、气缸、电磁阀等各种执行机构的状态,以及实时监测水分、温度、流量等模拟量参数的功能。
Taking S7-400 as the core and MP370 touchscreen,through AS511 protocol and PLC communication,the paper designed PLC-based monitoring system with protool software plateform for tobacco stems processing line in cigarette factory. This system has the function to centralizing monitor the state of motor,cylinder,solenoid valves and other executive mechanisms. The moisture,temperature,flow parameters and other analog variable can be monitored in real time.
