我院住院患者抗菌药物使用调查分析

Survey and analysis of the application of antimicrobial agents to hospitalized patients

目的:了解和分析我院抗菌药物使用现状,确定抗菌药物应用管理重点。方法:对我院病历294例进行回顾性调查,统计抗菌药物的使用率、联合用药、围术期用药、病原学送检率等数据,作为临床合理用药的评价依据。结果:我院抗菌药物的平均使用率为81.63%,共使用了45种抗菌药物,单联使用率为57.92%,二联使用率为38.33%,三联使用率为3.75%,手术科室围术期预防用药率为100%,非手术科室药敏试验率为29.11%。结论:我院临床各科室抗菌药物的使用存在不合理现象,抗菌药物的使用率过高,用药时间过长,更换频率较高,应加强对抗菌药物的管理,严格掌握用药指征,做到合理用药。

Objectives： To understand and analyze the current application situation of antimicrobial agents in our hospi- tal so as to determine the priorities giving to the management of antimicrobial agents＇ application. Methods： 294 case histories in our hospital were retrospectively surveied to learn data of the usage of antimierobial drugs, drug combina- tion, perioperative medicine, etiological lab. rate received as a basis for the evaluation of clinical rational drug applica- tion. Results： The average application rate of antimicrobial drugs in the hospital was 81.63% and a total of 45 antibi- otics were used. The rate of single-antibiotic, double-antibiotics combination and triple combination was 57. 92%, 38. 33% and 3.75% respectively; perioperative uses of the mdedicines for prevention was 100% and sensitivity test performed in the non-surgical departments was 29.11 % Conclusions： Irrational uses of antimicrobial agents exist in all the departments of our hospital, such as, excessive usage, over-long-term medication and high frequency of antibi- otics changes. Therefore, the management of antimicrobial agents＇ application and strict control of meidication indi- cators should be strengthened to achieve the goal of rational drug application.
