摘要 作为一种创新型的教学方法,研讨式教学不仅适应了干部教育培训新形势新任务的要求,而且成为了提高干部培训质量和增强培训实效的有益举措,加强干部院校师资队伍建设的有力抓手。实施研讨式教学时,应注意把握其围绕大局和中心工作、理论联系实际、全员参与和教学相长、教研互动等主要特点。根据教学流程,办好一次研讨式教学要把握好研讨的调研、主题、组织、形式、点评和评估等要素,并对其进行精心准备和组织。 As an innovative teaching mode, interactive seminar not only adapts the requires of cadre education and training in the new era, but also is the available method of promoting cadre training quality and strengthening training effect and the powerful grasping-handle of faculty construction in cadre schools. When implementing interactive seminar, we should encircle the overall situation and central works of our party and government, link theory with practice, make full participation, interact both teaching and learning, both teaching and research, which are the main points of interactive seminar. At last, on the basis of teaching flow, this paper puts forward the elements of interactive seminar, including survey, topic, organization, form, comments and evaluation, and the specific implementation measures.
