摘要
通过建立各种教学联合体,有组织地在高校集中地区开展课程互选、跨校辅修专业、师资互聘等常态化区域教学资源共享活动始于上世纪九十年代。在过去十几年中,我国高校在课程、专业和师资等共享方面取得了良好的效果,获得了许多成功的经验。针对覆盖面窄、层次浅、质量不高等共享存在的问题,提出了从发展战略高度重视高校教学资源区域共享、努力推进优质教学资源的建设与区域共享、建立有利于教学资源区域共享的激励与约束长效机制等有利于提高区域共享效果的若干对策建议。
Normalized regional sharing activity of teaching resources started in 1990s by establishing a variety of teaching unions,displaying mutual selection of courses intercollegiate selective course and mutual employment of teachers in different universities in university-centered areas.Over the last decade,China′s universities have achieved good results and gained a lot of successful experience in the sharing of curriculum,majors,and teachers.In view of the problems of the narrow coverage,shallow level and poor quality in the process of regional sharing,several suggestions and strategies are put forward to attach great importance to the regional sharing of university teaching resources and promote the construction and regional sharing of excellent teaching resources,striving to establish a long-term incentive and constraint mechanism for regional sharing of teaching resources from the perspective of development strategy.
