摘要
本文采用将经去光电效应和增强稳压特性处理后的发光二极管作为基准源、把过流保护前移、用动态分析仪SR780跟踪检测对电路作辅助分析和改进等方法制作出了一种成本低、纹波噪声低的正负双路输出的线性稳压电源并对其输出特性进行检测和分析,提出实现改善其对特定负载振荡及温度漂移的方案。电源输出纹波(含噪声)达μVrms级。
A kind of low-cost and low-noise dual-positron linear power supply is made and testing whose voltage reference is made by the light-emitting diodes which was eliminated photoelectric effect and strengthened stability, its overcurrent protection is put for- ward and circuits is analyzed and improved by the Tracking test data of Dynamic Analyzer SR780, then, put forward to improve its oscillation when connected a specific load and temperature drift of the program. The output ripple (including noise)of the power supply can reach μVrms order of magnitude.
