应用血栓抽吸导管治疗PCI术后慢血流的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察针对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)过程中出现慢血流现象时应用血栓抽吸导管能否改善血流情况。方法:选择冠状动脉支架术时出现慢血流的患者64例,其中30例行血栓抽吸术及常规冠脉内注入药物,另外32例作为对照仅行常规冠脉内注入硝酸甘油。观察两组患者慢血流改善情况。结果:血栓抽吸组术后血流TIMI3级情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05),主要不良心血管事件发生率明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血栓抽吸术的应用能显著的改善冠脉内血流情况,降低心脏不良事件发生。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of using aspiration thrombectomy catcheter treat slow flow duing PCI. Methnfls:A total 64 patient treated with PCI who were slow flow,30 of them were used aspiration thrombectomy catcheter and inject drug,anoher 32 cases only used inject drug. Object the flow of the two groups.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups about the TIMI3 flow grade and the aspiration thrombectomy catcheter group was significantly better than the control group(P〈0.05)prognosis was better than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Aspiration thrombeetomy catcheter improve the flow reduce the major adverse cardiovascular event.
