摘要
对传统湿热高温灭菌和微波灭菌培养料栽培的平菇生长及产量进行了对比研究,试验结果表明,微波处理的培养料,菌丝满袋时间和出菇时间都明显缩短,平菇生长及产量也明显提高,同时其生物学效率,节能率及投产比明显优于湿热高温灭菌,其中微波处理8 min效果最好。
Growth and yield of pleurotus ostreatus cultivated with media sterilized by using common method of moist heat sterilization and microwave sterilization were respectively analyzed.The results show that the microwave sterilization of culture media,bags filled with mycelium and fruiting time were significantly shorter,and growth and yield of pleurotus ostreatus were also increased obviously,while its biological efficiency,energy-saving rate and the production were better than moist heat sterilization.8 min microwave treatment can achieve best effect.
