学校文化是学校成员共同享有和认同的行为取向、期望、价值观、信念和行为态度的统一体,是学校物质文化、精神文化、群体文化和制度文化的总和。学校文化建设,是现代学校发展中最为重要的内容,是学校一项长期的、深层次的、高品位的建设工作。现代学校的打造,最根本的实质就是学校文化的建设。本文在阐述文化、学校文化的内涵、学校文化结构的形态的基础上,探讨了学校文化建设的路径。

University culture is the combination of shared and agreed orientation, expectation, value system, faith and attitude, and is the integration of the physical culture, spiritual culture, mass culture and system culture. The construction of university culture is an important part of the development of a modern university and is a long-term, deepseated and high quality work. Shaping a modern university essentially means the construction of university culture. This paper explores the means of constructing university culture by illustrating the connotation of culture and university culture and the structural pattern of university culture.
