摘要
本文通过对间接加热发热材料的研究,提出了利用金属发热材料代替传统石墨材料的新工艺,有效的减薄了发热材料的体积,提高了腔体的利用率。研究结果表明:(1)利用金属发热材料可以扩大腔体体积6.6%;(2)产量增加11.3%,产值利润增加26%;(3)单块利润增加26%以上;(4)金属发热材料可以进行回收,进一步降低成本。本文的研究为中小型压机的腔体扩大化提供了一个研究方向。
Based on the research on the heating material of indirect heating, this article proposes that using metal heating material instead of traditional graphite materials can effectively reduce the volume of heating material and improve the cavity use factor. Our research results show that : ( 1 ) The cavity can be expanded by 6.6% by using metal heating material; (2)The output can be raised by 11.3% and the output value can be raised by 26% ; (3)The profits of single block can be increased by more than 26% ; (4) Metal heating material can be recycled and the cost can be further reduced. This study provides a research direction for cavity expansion of small and medium presses.
