摘要
依据刚玉-莫来石复合材料的成分要求,采用不同等级的矾土配制成混合料,采用细磨、分级、烘干、成型、烧结工艺进行制备刚玉-莫来石复合材料的研究。结果表明,采用此工艺可制备出刚玉-莫来石复合材料,以莫来石相为主的复合材料的烧结温度为1700℃,体积密度为2.82g/cm3,显气孔率<1.5%,显微结构为柱状莫来石形成交错连锁的网络结构,刚玉填充在莫来石形成交错连锁网络结构的空隙中;以刚玉相为主的刚玉-莫来石复合材料的烧结温度为1550℃,体积密度为3.29g/cm3,显气孔率<2.5%,显微结构为等轴状的刚玉形成的骨架结构。
According to chemical composition requirement of corundum-mullite composites,preparation of corundum-mullite composites using different grades of bauxite as raw materials processed by Grind-Classification-Drying-Molding-Sintering was investigated.The results show that corundum-mullite composites can be prepared by the method,the sintered temperature of corundum-mullite composite consisting mainly of mullite is 1700℃,bulk density and apparent porosity of the composite are 2.82g/cm3 and 1.5%,respectively,and the formation of composite microstructure is the staggered network structure formed by columnar mullite,and corundums fill in the gap of the network structure;the sintered temperature of corundum-mullite composite consisting mainly of corundum is 1550℃,bulk density and apparent porosity of the composite are 3.29g/cm3 and 2.5%,respectively,and the formation of composite microstructure is the skeleton structure formed by the equiaxed corundums.
