摘要
目的快速普及甲型H1N1流感防控知识,提高学生健康意识和自我保护能力。方法制订甲型H1N1流感健康教育方案并实施,用调查问卷的形式评价健康教育效果。结果接受过2种以上健康教育方式的学生,其甲型H1N1流感知识优秀率(78.8%)明显高于只接受一种教育方式的学生(50.0%)(P<0.01)。甲流知识合格、优秀的学生,其行为变化(94.5%、96.3%)远远大于成绩不合格的学生(62.5%)(P<0.01)。结论健康教育能有效提高学生甲型H1N1流感知识,使其能够积极、科学地采取防控措施。
Objective To extensively spread the prevention and control knowledge of Influenza A(H1N1) to the students and to improve their health conscious and ability of self-protection. Methods Health education strategy about Influenza A(H1N1) was formulated according to Dick and Carey's Systematic instructional design theory and implemented,and the effect of health education was evaluated by self-designed questionnaire. Results Students who have taken more than two methods of health education got excellent of Influenza A(H1N1) knowledge(78.8%),which was higher than that of students who have taken one method of health education of Influenza A(H1N1)(50.0%)(P〈0.01).Students who got qualified and excellent knowledge of Influenza A(H1N1) have significant behavior change(94.5%、96.3%)than the students who have unqualified and poor knowledge of Influenza A(H1N1)(62.5%)(P〈0.01). Conclusion A systematic health education program may effectively improve the Influenza A(H1N1) knowledge of the students,thus make them to adopt the positive and scientific measures to prevent and control the disease.
