摘要
人岗匹配一直是人力资源管理研究的一个重要领域,针对人岗匹配度的测算问题,从定性分析到定量分析,综合运用BP人工神经网络和模糊综合评价法,建立了一种新的人岗匹配度测算模型,并通过实例验证了该模型的有效性。
Person-job fit is an important research field in human resource management.The research is being improved step by step from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.However,there has not been an effective way to solve the problem of person-job fit evaluation.The BP neural network and fuzzy mathematics were applied together to establish a new model of person-job fit evaluation.And then effectiveness of the model was verified through an example.
