Research on the Elderly Adapting Design of the Low-rent Houses

该文主要关注廉租房的适老性设计策略研究,针对目前老年人居住的廉租房中交通空间、交往空间、储藏空间以及适应性等方面存在的主要问题,提出了运用空间回路、营造"普适"的交往空间、适当提高户型适应性、优化套型平面设计等设计策略。

The thesis focuses on the design strategy of low-rent houses which is suit for elderly people to live in,discusses the tactic of using space loop,creating a＂universal＂interaction space,improving the unit adaptive appropriately,optimizing the space of dwelling size aims to solve some existed problems such as the traffic space,intercourse space,storage space and adaptability.
