新疆区域农村经济增长与金融发展的实证研究

The Empirical Study of Rural Economic and Rural Fiance

本文运用协整分析和格兰杰检验方法,通过新疆1980—2008年农村经济金融相关数据,对农村经济增长与农村金融发展的关系及依存度进行了实证分析。结果表明新疆农村金融发展对农村经济发展有一定的促进作用,因此本文建议,当前应积极采取有效的政策措施促进农村金融发展,以加快新疆的新农村建设步伐。

This article used method of co integration analysis and granger causality test,based on dates from 1980 to 2008 of Xinjiang,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the relation ship between and degree of dependence on rural economic growth and rural finance development.The result shows that rural finance development plays an important role in promoting rural economic growth,which,in turn,this paper suggests that effective polices should be made to promote rural finance development to accelerate the construction of new countryside.
