摘要
用略阳电厂的粉煤灰和硫酸铝为原料,焦磷酸钠为反应介质,研究了反应时间对试样产物的影响。结果表明:在1 300℃保温6 h和12 h试样的主要物相均为莫来石和玻璃相,莫来石含量分别为40.1%和41.9%。在1 300℃保温12 h试样中晶须的直径在0.1~0.4μm左右,最大长度大于3μm。
The effect of reaction time on product phase is studied,using coal flyash and aluminum sulfate as raw materials in molten sodium pyrophosphate.The result indicates that the main phase was mullite and glass at 1 300℃ for 6 h and 12 h.The mullite content was 40.1% and 41.9%,respectively.The mullite whiskers are observed at 1 300℃ for 12 h,which diameter ranged from 0.1 μm to 0.4 μm and the length is more than 3 μm.
