石蒜不同器官酯酶和苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶酶谱分析

摘要 以石蒜为材料,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析其开花期不同器官(根、鳞茎、花茎,花梗、花瓣、雄蕊和雌蕊)酯酶和苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶酶谱差异。结果表明:石蒜不同器官酯酶和苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶酶谱有较大的差异,而位置相近的器官同工酶谱带呈现一定相似性。酯酶和苹果酸脱氢酶的染色顺序对结果有一定影响,先染酯酶呈现较多酶谱条带。 When L. radiata were flowering, the differences of Esterase(EST)and Malate dehydrogenase(MDH)in its organs(roots, bulbs, scape, pedicel, petals, stamens and pistils) were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The results showed that the Zymogram of EST and MDH of L. radiate had a greater difference in different organs ,and which were similarly with each other in adjacent organs. The dyeing sequences of EST and MDH had certain effect on the results;the EST dyed first showed more bands.
